The fourth edition, at Nungua Senior High School, was the largest yet. More than 1,000 people were screened in a single day, and approximately 1,000 walkers filled the grounds.

For many of the 1,000 who were screened, it was their very first check. In a country where an estimated 80% of women have never been screened, a single day like Nungua moves that number in a way years of talking cannot.

4.0 also expanded beyond event day. A 31 Days of Pink social campaign ran the full month, a market screening reached 205 women, schools were engaged through quizzes and a teen digest, and the inaugural Sponsor-A-Mammogram drive was launched.
